    Cory McDaniel, Artistic Director

From the middle of middle america comes our energetic visionary and producer Max Barnaby. Max began his career at the age of six when he produced his first neighborhood carnival. At the age of twelve, already an award winning playwright, young Barnaby filmed his first musical (an embarassingly amateurish version of Webber's "Phantom of The Opera"). As a solo performer, Max has performed on three continents in settings as varied as intimate holiday gatherings for Robin Williams to corporate spectacle for thousands in which Cirque Du Soleil opened for him.

Ernesto Sopprani, Managing Partner, Marketing Director

Ernesto comes from a long line of South American bohemians. Having been in a number of art collectives in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, his commitment to SF Boylesque is defined by his ability to both protect and engage the steady growth of its concept. Ernesto has worked in sculpture, conceptual art, installation art, performance, visual interventions, and writings. He is looking forward to bringing some of these skills to the world of SF Boylesque.

With a varied theatre background that has included; Cabaret, Damn Yankees, A Christmas Carol with the renowned Gilbert Reed Ballet, 12 days of Christmas with Ballet theatre of SLO, Kathy Mata Ballet, Fieldwork (Shotwell studios.) Alex Ledesma, Dance Captain

Originally from the central coast Alex Ledesma earned his bachelor's in Dance from Cal State Long Beach. He brings a style of modern dance infused with athleticism and raw sensuality to SF BOYLESQUE. Artistically he draws inspiration from everyday life, movement with intention. His influences include the Jerome Robbins, Gene Kelly, Bob Foss,Martha Graham and contemporaries like Paula Abdul and Tina Landon. About SF Boylesque

SF Boylesque seeks to bring back vintage burlesque in the decadence o the Weimar Era, a time of high-flying artistic freedom underscored by Expressionism. Our Goal is to reinstate sensuality and humanity into a far too often technologically-isolated culture.

SF Boylesque has been developed through an AIM (artist in motion) residency at Shotwell Studios.

Further developmental assistance has been provided to us through Mama Calizos's Voice Factory's Morning glory residency program.
